Security Alert - information you exchange with this site (Exchange 2010)

We edited the group policy on users machines to delete the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\AuthRoot\Certificates key which has resolved the problem.
Delete the following registry key manually:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\AuthRoot\Certificates

To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Start Registry Editor
  2. Locate the following registry subkey:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\AuthRoot
  3. Right-click and then delete the key that is called "Certificates"
  4. Open Outlook - problem sorted!
